Senior 4-H Members attended the 4-H Achievement Day where they won 1st Place for
Project Book Completion, 2nd Place Pre Achievement Day Points, and 3rd Place for Achievement
Day Awards. The 8 members that attended were Gary Beal, Lexie Volz, Sarah Bahm, Kaitlyn Galloway,
Reagan Moody, Hannah Simmons, Melissa Crowe, and Kaylea Creel.


Members of the Journey To Careers class partnered with The Litter Letter Project to create letters
to celebrate Earth Day.

Participants from Bowling Green School in the 2nd Annual 5K Walk/Run were Daniel Bischoff,
Grace Kelli Wall, Dempsey Parden, and 4H Sponsor Jean Wales.  The race, which was a
fundraiser for ALS, took place at the fairgrounds Saturday, March 9, 2013.  Daniel came in first place
in the runner's bracket and Grace came in first in her age division for runners.

Jerry Rayborn and great-grandson Cameron Finch throw out the first pitch of the Buccaneers
first 2013 District game. The Bucs went on to defeat Oak Forest on this night.
