Mr. Henley is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University where he earned a Masters+ 30. He has been in the field of education for the past 33 years, 20 of which where in administration. He is very active in several educational organizations, as well as community committees, such as the Washington Parish Fair Association. He his also a retired E-8 Master Sgt. with the Louisiana National Guard.

Mr. Henley has been at Bowling Green since 2001. He was employed as a teacher for several years and for the last two years has served as the Assistant Principal.
